This MIDI comes from the “Rockers” mini-game in the original Rhythm Heaven for the Nintendo DS (released back in 2008). If you played this version, you probably remember the two guitarists: JJ Rocker and his Student. The goal was to listen to JJ’s riff and then “copy” it exactly by flicking the stylus.

I’ve always liked this track because it’s one of the few in the game that really pushes that rock/electric guitar sound.
